Bianca Muniz, LCSW/Everbloom Counseling, does not operate as a crisis hotline or emergency service. Any messages sent outside of business hours, on holidays, or during weekends may not be reviewed until the next business day or when Bianca resumes office hours. Please note that Bianca is not available on a 24/7 basis for crisis or emergency support. In the event of a crisis or emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For immediate crisis support between sessions, you may contact the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988. Both resources are free, confidential, and available 24/7.
